Zumba is a great way to join others and have fun while burning hundreds of calories and staying in shape. You will challenge your body and mind while becoming a part of a hip, energizing fitness trend.
Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing
A calorie burning work out which combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between participants. After warm up movements such as knee strikes, kicks and punches will follow to get your heart rate up and your whole body working.

Yoga, an ancient practice from India, means “union,” referring to the union of the mind, the body and the spirit. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline that involves challenging postures and invigorating breath work. The ultimate goal of yoga is to attain a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility, but in our class we start with the physical practice that will develop strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance.
Circuit Training
Circuit Training
A form of conditioning that combines resistance training and high intensity aerobics. It is designed to build strength as well as muscular endurance, using a variety of tools such as weights, exercise balls, steps, and mats. When one circuit of training is complete, the class will rapidly transition to the next in order to keep burning calories and achieve a complete body workout.
Spin
Spin
The spin class is a vigorous workout that is performed on exercise bikes inside the gym and paired with music that creates an energetic environment. Instructors guide participants through workout phases of warm up, varied tempo and cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool down. Each participant is able to control resistance on their bike to make pedaling as easy or as difficult as they choose.
Core and Abs
Core and Abs
This 60 minute workout provides core strengthening, requiring you to perform proper exercises for every one of your body’s 29 core muscles. Basic exercises that will enhance your core fitness include the bridge, abdominal crunch and sit ups, quadrupeds and planks. Equipment such stability balls, resistance bands and weights may be incorporated for variation. When you have good core stability, the muscles of your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen work in harmony to provide support for your spine in almost any activity.

A total body workout routine is a great way to stay fit, healthy and energetic. Rather than focusing on the same muscle group, this workout concentrates on your body as a whole. A total body workout routine can help to tone and tighten your entire body from shoulder to calves leaving you with a complete feeling of satisfaction and balance.

Latin Aerobics is a sizzling south of the border workout that combines Latin rhythms with a high-energy environment. These movements, drawn from Latin dance, are repeated in circuits to target specific muscle groups and to give you a full cardio workout while joining with others to build enthusiasm and encouragement, taking your fitness to the next level.
